Can I upload my own images & videos?

Our AI will automatically create images for you (based on the plan you are using) during account creation. This doesn't mean you're required to use them, but it personalizes your campaign even more; you can add your own images/videos. 

How do I add media files?

To add your files, you need to:

1. Log into Shown

2. Go to Assets

3. Access Media Galery

4. Hover over +new and select one of the options we have:

   • • Free Unsplash images - Search for the image you'd want to use and select one of the options presented by Unsplash

     • Upload from device - Manually upload your pictures or videos from your drive. 

     • Import from Youtube - Add your Youtube URL and use that video directly

Notes

• Any media files you upload need to be under 2MB
• Your YouTube video needs to be public and/or unlisted. Private videos cannot work
• Designing with Canvas is done directly from our platform with no redirects to another tab
