Media gallery

In your Media Gallery tab you can manage all your images and videos in one place.

Overview

In your Default tab you’ll see all your media assets (images & videos) from every source. You can filter by source or media type using the tabs:

• Website images

• Banners created by Shown

• AI-generated images

• Stock images (relevant to your business)

• Logos

To delete any asset, click it and then hit Delete. Banners can also be edited, just click on a banner and choose Edit.

Add new media

Click New to add media to your gallery. You can:

1. Create a banner

   • Pick a template

   • Select an image

   • Add your copy

   • Generate a stunning banner

2. Browse stock images

   • Search our free Unsplash library for business-relevant photos

3. Upload media

   • Drag or browse to upload images or videos from your computer

4. Import from YouTube

   • Paste a YouTube URL to bring in a video

5. Create with Canva

   • Open a Canva design and save it directly into Shown
