What is my status?
Your campaign will be in one of the following statuses, depending on the stage you are in. Feel free to reach out to support at any time for more details on your status. We're one click away!
When seeing this it means that your Ad was approved by both our marketing experts and the Paid Ad platform selected.
You'll see this status after pausing your Ad. Once you re-enable your Ad, this status will disappear. Please refrain from pausing your Ad multiple times, as that can negatively impact your campaign.
Once your ad is finalized, you'll see this status while our marketing experts review and approve it. This normally takes up to a business day.
After our marketing experts approve your Ad, you'll have this status while the Paid Ad Service you've selected is reviewing your Ad. This takes around three business days in most cases.
There could be several reasons: your campaign could require some updates, you might have to go through a verification, you account might be suspended & the status takes time to be updated, etc. Contact our support team to understand the reason behind this.
Should your account go against any of the policies your Paid Ad Platform and get suspended/disapproved then you'll get this status. In most cases this is irreversible, but check with our support team to see if an appeal can be made. In this case, you could also try creating a new campaign using a different account.
If your account does not have sufficient Shown credits added or if there is an issue with your Credit Card or PayPal account, then this status will appear. Please top up your account to remove this status. Our support team is here should you have any issues.
When a finalized campaign cannot fully be exported from Shown account to the ad platform. Please contact our support team to find out more.
This issue will appear if there are issues with your website. Most common issues are: DNS error, 404 error, 500 error, issue with your SSL certificate, issue with your website publishing software. This usually handled on your domain registrar or with your web developer, but our support team is here for any questions.
One of the reasons your campaign could be suspended is due to having content that goes against the selected Paid Ad platforms policies. Remove the restricted or prohibited content from the ad campaign and resubmit it for review.
You can see this status when using your own ad account and Shown has no more access to it. You will need to go through the integration (with the given ad platform) process to give access to Shown again.
Our support team is available 24/7 to provide extra details should you require them or answer any other questions you might have. To find out how to get in touch, please click here.
