Do you offer full refunds?
We offer credit refunds, that can be issued by the user at any time. We offer full refunds for credits, but this does not include subscriptions.
Is this different from a refund for my credits?
Yes, while we offer refunds for all unspent credits, we deal with subscriptions differently. If the refund request was made within the first 48h since the payment was made, we will refund the full amount. The 48h do not include weekends.
How do I ask for a refund for my subscription?
To ask for such a subscription, please contact support. You can do that by either submitting a ticket here or sending an email to support@shown.io.
