Can I download my invoices?

View all your invoices and download the ones you want with just a few clicks. Invoices can be downloaded at any time in .pdf format. 

To download your invoice, you need to:

1. Access your Shown account
2. Go to the Billing section
3. Head over to the Payments sub-section
4. Identify the invoice you need and click download

Please keep the following in mind:

• Your invoice will contain a total of your monthly payments
• The invoices will contain both your subscription and your credits (if applicable)
• We can set up, on request, a dedicated billing email address (please contact support)
• We can send invoices for your subscriptions only via email request.
