How do I update my business URL?

You will need to update your business URL for various reasons, like deciding to advertise a different website or adding an incorrect URL.  

To do this, you have to:

• Log into your Shown account
• Go to the Settings tab
• Access the General section
• In the Business Details area find the Business Main URL field
• Add your desired URL and click Save

Things to know:

• Changing the business URL is an account setting, not a campaign setting
• Changing the business URL won't affect/update ongoing or draft campaigns
• The new business URL will be the one suggested by default in your new campaigns, moving forward
• You can always add your desired URL during campaign creation in case you don't wish to delete your current campaign
