Do you want to start again from scratch? No matter what your reasons might be, deleting your current business can be done in just a few steps:
- Log into your Shown account
- Access the Settings - General area
- Scroll down until you find the 'Delete this business' button
Here are the steps you need to take

- Before doing this, please refund any unspent credits you might have.
- You need to cancel your subscription as well or cancel your free trial to ensure you won't get charged when your trial ends
- If you delete your business without refunding your credits, please contact support to help you with a refund
