How do I delete my business?

Do you want to start again from scratch? No matter what your reasons might be, deleting your current business can be done in just a few steps:

• Log into your Shown account
• Access the Settings - General area
• Scroll down until you find the 'Delete this business' button

Here are the steps you need to take

Notes:

• Before doing this, please refund any unspent credits you might have. 
• You need to cancel your subscription as well or cancel your free trial to ensure you won't get charged when your trial ends 
• If you delete your business without refunding your credits, please contact support to help you with a refund
